Shipping policy
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 1-5 days for us to process, package and ship your order. As soon as it ships, you will be notified via email and provided with a tracking number to the delivery journey.
Kindly ensure that your address is correct at checkout. We cannot provide a refund or change address once package has left our warehouse. Any sold out orders will be cancelled and refunded. In the event of any failed delivery, the cost of the item only, will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is sent back to our warehouse.

Free UK Standard delivery over £60

International Delivery
International Standard Delivery (7-14 days)- £16
International Express Delivery (2-3 days)- £28
Free International delivery over £120
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Please note 1019 Apparel does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. 1019 Apparel will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. 1019 Apparel is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are also non refundable.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITION
1019 Apparel retains the right to alter its shipping policies and prices without notice to the clients and at their sole discretion. All altered rates will be published on the website with immediate effect.
1019 Apparel shall bear no responsibility for products lost or damaged during shipping or any delays caused to due the shipping companies and no refunds will be processed from our end.
In case of any lost or damaged items, the customer should follow the claims process with the courier service for a refund.
