Refund policy

 General Information

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by us, and will remain your responsibility. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tennineteenapparel.com with your order number and item(s) you want to return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure to take good care of your active wear when trying them on.

WORN/DIRTY CLOTHING OR PIECES MISSING TAGS/LABELS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Note that you are liable for ensuring the returned/exchange items gets to us before we provide you with a refund. It is best to use recorded delivery to keep track of the items journey after posting.


Received a wrong or faulty item
If you received a wrong/faulty item, please email us at  info@tennineteenapparel.com immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Pictures of the wrong/faulty item, the packaging and the delivery slip

Please make sure to keep the delivery slip and also make pictures of the outside and inside of your package. We will find a solution for you as fast as possible!
Please only return the wrong item, if our customer care team asks you to.
